Step 17. Customer care

Customer Care section allows you to manage the requests of your customers and escalate them to MVS.  You can also let The MVS Group support team manage requests of your customers.
Our support team works in shifts to provide 24x7 customer support.
You can:
  1. Register a request. You will receive a notification e-mail message with the request number. You can follow the progress using the number link.
  2. Start work on you customer’s request.
  3. Add a message to the request.
  4. Close a request
  5. Delete a request (Administrators only)
  6. Escalate a request
  7. View messages in the request profile and sort them in ascending/descending order
You can view requests filtered by status, type, period, category and responsible employee. Use filters in Search section. For details see User Guide.
