You can use Download CDR link in the Accounts->Hot Traffic section.

1. Use the Search block to filter hot traffic data.
• Filter hot traffic by Customer. Enter Customer name and click Go. You will see the traffic generated for the selected customer only.
• Filter hot traffic by Technology. Select technology in the drop-down box and click Go. You wil see hot traffic by this technology only.
• Try other filters (traffic period - First date and Last date etc.)
2. Use Technology, Terminal ID and Com station links to sort the retrieved data.
3. Click Download CDR.
4. On click you will see the new window with the list of recent CDRs of your customers.
5. Click the file name to start downloading.
