To setup user accounts, use the Customer Access and Access rights tabs in the account profile.

By adding/removing customers from the list you can setup the user access. If Access to customers is Yes on the Profile tab, the user can access all customers by default.

On the Access Rights tab you can define user access to actions within each part of MVS.net (i.e. Customers, Terminal IDs, Online Shop etc). Click the MVS.net section name in the left menu and see the list of actions available. Select the actions allowed to the user and click Save. On the next logon the user will be able to perform the actions.

To setup Read-only access type, select 'Read' access checkbox for each section and leave other checkboxes clear.

If Access rights value is Yes on the Profile tab, the user can perform all actions, predefined for his role.

User accounts can be blocked in MVS.net (select active account and use Block/Unblock links).
