Agent interface of MVS.net is a useful tool for building up your accounts database, distinguishing user access rights, rates and tariffs for remote/affiliate offices, customers, storefront operators.

Your domain (RESELLER DOMAIN on the scheme) is part of the chain of domains. You are logged on to the Agent interface as agent for your own customers. In Agent interface you manage and control data of your customers - end users (see End-user on the scheme). End users have limited view-only access to the data, related to them.

The domain administrator can setup other user profiles within the domain with the right to manage/view the whole or part of your database. To build the hierarchy you need to assign roles and access rights. This is done in Tools-> User Accounts. See details in Setup User Accounts.
