Customer profile provides general customer info including the current status and payment terms.

Now that you have registered rates, tariffs and terminal IDs of the customer, you can access them quick from the customer profile.

Click the name or code of any customer. In the profile (Profile tab) you can use quick links to view terminal IDs, tariffs, invoices, hot traffic and customer care tickets (requests) of the customer.

1. Click View Terminal IDs to go to Terminal IDs database and view the list of terminals of the customer.
2. Click Tariffs to open the Tariffs database and view all tariffs of the customer.
