The rate plan is the overall
rate structure for a product or a project. On basis of rate plans you can create
customer's tarrifs.
Standard rate plans are created and modified using
Rate Plans tool.
You can copy a default rate plan and edit its rates.
- Open Tools-> Rate plans
- Click
Go in the search block to see all existing rate plans
- Select
the rate in the list and click Create rate plan copy
- Enter rate
plan start date, number and comments
- Click Continue to create a
copy
- On the General tab click Rates
- In the new window
select the rates and click Edit
- Enter new values and click Save
to apply changes
- Now you have a new rate plan with modified rates
