| | Customers section (Accounts-Customers)
allows viewing and editing details of your accounts and creating new accounts.
To
create a new customer account, go to Accounts->Customers and on the
Summary page click Create new customer.

You
will see a registration form, where you need to enter the following data: -
Customer name - name of the company/person;
- Customer code -
internal code of the customer within your company;
- Contacts (Address,
Phone, Fax, E-mail);
- Contact person - contact at the customer
side;
- Invoice category
- Type
- Payment
terms - grace period for invoice payment;
- Sales manager
- Sales
office
- Comments.
Click Continue to register
a new customer. |
