Step 06. Setup Customer Accounts


Customers section (Accounts-Customers) allows viewing and editing details of your accounts and creating new accounts.

To create a new customer account, go to Accounts->Customers and on the Summary page click Create new customer.


You will see a registration form, where you need to enter the following data:

  • Customer name - name of the company/person;
  • Customer code - internal code of the customer within your company;
  • Contacts (Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail);
  • Contact person - contact at the customer side;
  • Invoice category
  • Type
  • Payment terms - grace period for invoice payment;
  • Sales manager
  • Sales office
  • Comments.

Click Continue to register a new customer.
