Use My Preferences tool to setup your user account.



Open Tools->My preferences. You are now on the General tab, where you can:

• Change your password (click Change Password)
• Edit contact info (e-mail address, phone number etc)
• Switch on/off CDR file generation (set Generate CDR files to yes/no). After you switch Generate CDR files on, you can start downloading CDRs in the Hot Traffic section and in Invoices (see Start Receiving CDRs and Hot Traffic tutorial). Set your CDR format
• Set CDR storage period

To edit any of these parameters, click Edit and enter new values or select another option. Click Save to apply changes.
