| Scheduled BGAN / FBB / SBB Packet Switch Outage 020310 08:00 UTC #1 |

Dear Customers,
I would like to advise you of a short scheduled outage which will affect PS users on the BGAN service where the APN in use is terminated in Paumalu GGSN. This outage is scheduled for 10 minutes on Tuesday 02/03/2010 starting at 08:00 UTC
The reason for this outage is to perform a software maintenance update on our Paumalu GGSN. There is a fault with a GGSN feature “Routing behind the MS” where if used a GGSN restart can occur. This software update includes a fix for this fault as well as other faults identified by the manufactures design unit.
