UNSCHEDULED OUTAGE NOTIFICATION - Second Notice ( VIZADA)

Dear Customers,

 

Please be advised that Vizada is currently experiencing an unscheduled service outage  as described below.  We will advise you when the service is operational.

Inmarsat m4 fleet and mini m

Regions/Spots/Satellites affected:

Teleport/LES Access Codes

001 /004

Impact:

No new calls

Date/time outage begins:

250210 :2330z

 

Date/time service restored:

 

Additional Information:  interfering carriers on the request channels. Inmarsat noc called, they were working on the problem  actual start of outage unknown
